Overview
Yol-macah Birěkhka was founded durring the early 16th century in fall of the year 1521, by Yhzarth Agondren Brêpí. The establishment of Yol-macah Birěkhka was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Yol-macah Birěkhka's construction back out of the project. Yhzarth Agondren Brêpí pushed on reguardles, and Yol-macah Birěkhka was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.
Yol-macah Birěkhka was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the early 16th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Yol-macah Birěkhka is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Yol-macah Birěkhka is buildings are arranged arround a network of premissive flagstone streets which form a diamond shaped grid, where each diamond verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller diamond has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town is protected by a series of wooden fences ringing the town's parimiter, which are likly intended to keep varrious beasts out of town rather than protect it from attack by any intelegent agents. Yol-macah Birěkhka's bare minimum defences has sufferd soem light damage, reducing its function a little in some spots, but could almsot certainly preform as expected... Though some of the worse spots could lead to the loss of defenders lives if attackers identified the weaknesses ahead of time.
Yol-macah Birěkhka has a very calm atmosphere. People can be seen relaxing, scocilizing, and going about all manner of business other than the daily grind. Men, women, children, all can be seen enjoying life in a laid-back way in the many parks which line Yol-macah Birěkhka’s streets. In spite of this, quite a few people can be seen reading and the town has an abundance of libraries. It’s quite clear the community values education.

Cultural Notes
Yol-macah Birěkhka's locals despise outsiders. For some “outsiders” may be natives of foreign lands, while others might have a grudge against anyone from outside the community. These locals have an active loathing, and the outsiders allowed to trade or interact with them do so at a heavy disadvantage.
Yol-macah Birěkhka's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its buildings being predominantly formed through the combination of basic geometric shapes. However, it shown in the detailing given to the structures such as its characteristic tall columns, intricate detail, symmetry, harmony, and balance in their designs to an astonishing degree of precision. Decorative elements for the buildings tended to be built into the structure itself, making great use of fluting, frescoes, inlays, and embossing.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the late 2nd century Pond Dana began to boil, and released a thick toxic cloud from beneath its waters which was isolated to the area around Yol-macah Birěkhka, which was swallowed by the fumes for several days. Yol-macah Birěkhka lost 229 people, 293 livestock, and 43 buildings in the disaster, though it is of note the local plant life flourished after the disaster. The disaster is referred to as the Mourning Wind.
